Minimum 1 year FMS contract, Designed by Developer / Association and agreed as per SQFT or FIXED lump sum Contract. Quality and Performance is being monitored by Time & Material and contract.

FMS CONTRACT

Minimum 1 year FMS contract, Design by EXOZEN based on the needs of the society and agreed as per SQFT, Quality and performance is being monitored by KPI’s and contract.

SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY

Minimum 5 year contract as per SQFT, EXOZEN & Association/Developer Co-Invest on creating a sustainable society with building proper plan to improve Community. Performance is being monitored by KPI’s
